Chilliwack Golf Club offers a challenging golf course layout for golfers of all abilities, from beginner to professional. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Cascade and Coastal Mountains, the Chilliwack Golf Club promises you a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Our fully stocked pro shop can accommodate any of your golfing needs, and our staff is dedicated to providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
The Chilliwack Golf Academy and Driving Range offers a full-featured practice facility that hosts an oversized grass teeing area with target greens stretching to 300+ yards along with a 100 yard practice hole with greenside bunkers. The Academy delivers private instruction, clinics, golf schools and junior programs for the first time golfer through to the elite player.

The ProgramThe Sardis Golf Academy was developed in partnership with Chilliwack Golf Club and will feature a research-based, internationally recognized curriculum which will be taught by qualified professionals. Students have two 80 minute periods per day of instruction. Instruction will include practical, theoretical, and golf specific fitness training. The Academy runs from February to June and is completely run from the Chilliwack Golf Club. In addition throughout the course, students will receive instruction in nutrition, sports psychology, careers in golf, golf in university (Canada & U.S.), rules of golf, and club fitting. |
Mission and Goals of the Sardis Golf Academy
The Sardis Golf Academy will provide all junior golfers, boys and girls, in the Chilliwack School District a rigorous, relevant academic and comprehensive golf program designed to meet each student’s individual needs. We will develop self-confident students who are committed to continuous improvement academically, athletically, and personally.
1. Improve the skill level of every Academy participant.
2. Enhance functional physical development through continuous fitness programming.
3. Increase participant awareness of the benefits of nutrition on sport performance.
4. Provide the student and parent / guardian with evaluations of personal performance.

Academic Structure
This program runs for 18 weeks and is designed to maximize athletic performance through sport specific training for male and female students in Grades 10-12. Students participating in the Academy will receive 4 credits for their grade appropriate BAA course (Golf 10,11,12) and 4 credits for Strength and Conditioning (Golf). Students in Grade 10 will also complete and receive credit for Planning 10, a required course for graduation in BC.
Cost of Academy
The cost for the Sardis Golf Academy is $2000 which can be paid in 10 installments of $200. This price includes:
- 144 hours of instruction with LPGA professional Jennifer Greggain (2016 LPGA Teacher of the Year)
- Fitness Training 2x a week with Lindsey Manion, UBC Men's and Women's Golf Team strength and conditioning coach
- $250 in clothing for the Academy. The package includes a rain jacket, polos, and t-shirts for fitness class
- Daily busing from your school to the Chilliwack Golf Club
- Field trips
All participants are also required to have a current Junior Golf Membership at Chilliwack Golf Club, the price is $315. The junior membership is valid from January to December, the students can play golf or hit balls every day if they want. The students will also pay a Facility Fee of $85 which includes the storage of their clubs at the course for a 5 months, use of the locker room and unlimited Range balls. The reason for the storage fee is because the buses that transport the students will not transport the clubs.
